Five ways to make your exhibition stand memorable

Five ways to make your exhibition stand memorable

We think we’re usually pretty busy at Taylex Group – and then Autumn arrives! With many regional, national and international projects all coming to fruition, our team has been all over the world ensuring builds and projects are finished to our high standards. From Frieze in London to Grand Designs at the NEC, and Eurofinance in Barcelona, we’ve learned a thing – or five – about creating a stand that stands out.

1. Unique Design and Branding:

Create a visually striking design that stands out from the crowd. Use vibrant colours, bold graphics, and innovative structures to catch the eye. In addition, ensure that your branding elements, such as logos and slogans, are prominently displayed and consistent with your company’s identity. Dan Timmins, Head of Creative at Taylex Group, advises: ‘Consider the flow and direction your visitors will take when approaching and interacting with your stand. Position your branding strategically to ensure maximum visibility.’

2. Engaging Content:

Think about how you can put together compelling content that tells a story or communicates your message effectively. This can include videos, presentations, and live demonstrations. In addition, use eye-catching signage to convey key information.

3. Interactive Displays:

Incorporate interactive elements like touchscreen displays, virtual reality experiences, or interactive games that engage and educate attendees. Consider hands-on product demonstrations to allow visitors to experience your offerings firsthand. Take a look at our recent collaboration with ASUS ROG and Toucan Exhibitions to see how visitors could experience their market-leading gaming PCs in real life.

4. Engage with Attendees:

Have knowledgeable and enthusiastic staff members who can engage with visitors, answer questions, and build relationships. Run contests or giveaways to encourage participation and capture contact information for potential leads.

5. Follow Up Effectively:

After the exhibition, promptly follow up with the leads and contacts you collected. Personalised follow-up emails or calls can solidify the impression you made during the event.
