Client Services Executive
Client Services Executive – Sales for Exhibitions (Hybrid Role)
Location: Hybrid (Remote and Office-based)
Overview: As a Client Services Executive at Taylex Group, you will play a pivotal role in our exhibitions sales team, focusing on managing client relationships, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional service. This hybrid role allows you to work both remotely from home and from our offices, offering flexibility while ensuring you remain fully engaged with our team and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management
- Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and a deep understanding of their needs.
- Client Retention: Develop and implement strategies to maintain and enhance client relationships, focusing on satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Client Feedback: Regularly gather and analyse client feedback to continuously improve our services and promptly address any issues.
- Reporting: Provide clients with regular updates on project progress, KPIs, and performance metrics using our CRM system.
- Sales and Business Development
- Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through research, networking, and industry events, with a focus on exhibitions.
- Sales Pitching: Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals and quotations tailored to each client’s needs and objectives.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
- Closing Deals: Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to client.
- Organic Growth Opportunities
- Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services to existing clients, such as expanded exhibition space or event enhancements.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate deeper relationships within client organisations to uncover new needs and potential projects.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends and market conditions to identify and capitalise on opportunities for organic growth within our client base.
- Project Coordination and Execution
- Briefing and Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal teams (creative, production, marketing) to ensure client briefs are understood and executed effectively.
- Budget Management: Oversee and manage client budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints.
- Timeline Management: Work with project managers to ensure project timelines are adhered to, meeting client expectations and deadlines.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet both Taylex Group’s and the client’s quality standards.
- Collaboration and Teamwork
- Internal Liaison: Serve as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them develop their skills in client service and sales.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with departments such as marketing, product development, and finance to align sales strategies with broader company goals.
- Reporting and Administration
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and transactions within our CRM system.
- Forecasting: Provide regular sales forecasts and updates to senior management, highlighting potential risks and opportunities.
- Administrative Duties: Manage necessary administrative tasks related to contracts, invoicing, and client documentation.
- Industry Networking and Representation
- Industry Engagement: Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to build relationships and stay informed on industry trends.
- Brand Representation: Represent Taylex Group at client meetings, industry events, and exhibitions, promoting our capabilities and expertise.

Role Overview:
As the Marketing Manager at Taylex Group, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the high-profile brand projects, international growth developments as well as grow regional awareness of the business’ sub-divisions.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy Development:
Develop strategic marketing plans tailored to each promoting each project, considering target audience, market trends, and business objectives.
Collaborate with the leadership team to define marketing goals and KPIs, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
Brand Management:
Uphold and enhance the Taylex Group brand identity across all marketing channels.
Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and visual elements in line with brand guidelines.
Build marketing relationships with key stakeholders, external partners and Taylex sponsors
Digital Marketing:
Oversee digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, email, and PPC advertising.
Utilise data-driven insights to optimise campaign performance and drive audience engagement.
Content Creation:
Develop compelling content including copywriting, graphics, and multimedia assets for marketing materials.
Coordinate with designers, writers, and external PR agencies to produce high-quality content that resonates with target audiences.
Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports to the management team.
Identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable insights to optimise marketing effectiveness.
Team Management:
Lead and inspire a small marketing team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
Foster a collaborative and creative work environment, encouraging continuous learning and professional development.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in a marketing role, preferably within the events industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Leadership qualities with experience in managing a team.
Flexibility to attend events and work outside regular office hours when necessary.
