As our client you will be assigned one of our exhibition project managers to guide you through the whole process from start to finish. We understand that exhibition work is 24hrs and as such you will have a 24hr contact number for your project manager.
After an initial meeting with you to get your thoughts and ideas we’ll turn them into computer visuals to give you a better idea of how your stand will look.
Dedicated contact from start to finish
You will have a dedicated contact from the initial design through to build and installation at the show. We will liaise with the event organisers and on site services. Technical drawings will be submitted on your behalf to the organisers along with all aspects of health and safety, risk statements and method statements.
Additional requirements such as flooring, water and waste, electrical, furniture, internet connections and audio visual will be arranged by our Project Manager on your behalf.
Initial Consultation (60+ Days prior to Exhibition)
We pride ourselves on the versatility and scope of our designs. Our designers are chosen to reflect your products or services. Using the latest computer software and our experienced in-house design team can create a bespoke exhibit solution. These range from shell scheme interiors to custom-built stands.
Our first task is to establish your requirements. A meeting would be arranged to discuss what you need from your exhibition stand, where the exhibition will be held, who the target audience is and what you are looking to achieve by exhibiting.
In order to achieve the correct corporate branding and to include the correct marketing/sales messages it will be necessary for you to gather all of the logos, product or service descriptions and any other useful information.
Once we have an idea of what you are trying to achieve and the budget our exhibition stand designers will start working on a line drawing of the stand’s layout, functions and general look. On completion you will be presented a number of options for the stand design. Once a decision has been made on which design to continue with the next stage will start.
50 Days Prior to Exhibition : Technical Plans and 3D Renderings
With our in-house workshop facilities we can fabricate custom exhibits to the very highest of standards. Our team of skilled craftsmen has over 20 years of exhibition production experience behind them. We also have large and comprehensive stock components, which can be rented to reduce your build cost.
All stand designs are visualised as mono plans and 3D renders, we work with you to get the best layout to suit your stand space and achieve exhibition objectives.
A graphic plan is produced so that each wall is allocated a graphic number along with a specification and size. This enables you to brief us on your graphics content.
Your exhibition stand will be rendered into a 3D design. The level of realism achieved by our designers is quite outstanding, giving you a realistic impression of how the finished stand will look.
We can take care of all of your graphic and print requirements. Our graphic designers use the very latest computer software and can create breathtaking graphics for use on your stand. We can handle most file formats and will happily adjust your existing graphics to suit any new job specification. If you can visualise it, we make it happen!
40 Days Prior to Exhibition – Alterations and Approvals
We provide budgets and a time line for the exhibition stand, utilising and including any alterations you may wish to make. On approval, we will present the designs to the organisers for the relevant permits together with risk assessments and method statements to avoid late submission charges.
21 Days Prior to Exhibition
The final step is to build your exhibition stand! Often elements of the exhibition stand will be erected in-house to ensure that it goes together as expected. It is thoroughly checked before being marked up for re-assembly and subsequently dismantled for shipping to the venues either in the UK or around the world.
Unlike many of our competitors we welcome you to our offices and workshop, where you will see your stand built prior to the show and will be introduced to the management staff and the foreman that will be looking after you for the duration of the contract.
3 Days Prior to Exhibition
We will install and dismantle your exhibition stand anywhere in the world with our experienced workforce. We guarantee that your stand will be ready for you to dress with your products by 14:00 hours the day before the show opens.
0 Days Prior to Exhibition
