• We survey your venue checking technical and logistical considerations.
• We create a floor plan which includes the displays in situ to help plan your event space.

• We co-ordinate all technical specifications and artwork instructions directly with your sponsors and keep you informed of their submissions.
• Once artwork is signed off, we print it.
• Our installation team will set up the stands in advance of your sponsors arrival and then help them connect their laptops and display their literature.
• Post event, you and your sponsors simply walk away whilst our installation team dismantle and return everything back to Taylex.
• We also offer ideas and solutions for branding the venue including signage, graphics and registration counters.
